Scholarships for incoming UCSB Freshmen majoring in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or the Biological.
California community college students work on research projects in CNSI labs, attend industry tours, network with UCSB Faculty, and participate in professional development workshops.
Unique course at UCSB addresses the intersection of science, technology and society through hands-on involvement in illustrative labs and through examination of the broader implications of how science and technology transform the way we live.
Community college students from California participate in an 8-week summer research program at the UCSB campus, under the guidance of faculty and graduate student researchers.
UCSB undergraduates work with science and engineering after-school clubs weekly as facilitators and mentors.
UCSB course introduces students to research opportunities through lectures, tours, group discussion, and faculty research mentorship. Course listed as Physics or Electrical Engineering 121 A-B.
Two-week program provides intensive academic preparation and introduction to research for incoming UCSB freshmen majoring in the sciences, engineering, or mathematics.
