Each attendee is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations and paying for hotel accommodations.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy
A deposit of two night's stay is required to confirm your reservation (refundable up to seventy-two (72) hours in advance of your arrival date). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish your payment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
