Seminar & Conference Rooms

We offer four rooms in Elings Hall which are all wi-fi accessible via EduRoam. All rooms are locked outside of normal business hours (Mon - Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays)

Meeting Booths

Sound-proof, ventilated booths for small, 2-4 person meetings, or single-person wifi-based communications are dispersed throughout Elings Hall for ad hoc usage.

 In-Person Meetings

For ad hoc meetings of 2-4 people. All booths are ventilated and equipped with power outlets and lighting. Meetings should be kept to less than one hour. No food, drink, or trash is allowed in the booths at any time.

Phone Booth

 Single Person Calls

Single-person, sound-proof phone booths for wifi-based calls or video meetings. All booths are ventilated and equipped with power outlets and lighting. Usage should be kept to less than one hour. No food, drink, or trash is allowed in the booths at any time.

Planning a CNSI Event? Hosting an official CNSI or Quantum Foundry Guest? Please use this form to provide details to the CNSI team so that we can best assist you. 

In order to accommodate requests in an appropriate time frame, please complete this form no later than:

7 days prior to guest visits

14 days prior to events
